Magnetically coated visible tip apex silicon probe for standard MFM measurement.
400 Oe; 1e-13EMU;
Tip and reflective coating: 50nm CoCr
Veeco equivalent: MESP
ASYMFM-R2 probes are an equivalent replacement to the previous model ASYMFM for standard MFM measurements. The base probe model has been changed to one with very similar specifications and no differences should be expected in usage and performance.
